- Pushups (must touch chest to olympic bar pad)
- Bodyweight Squat (must touch butt to medicine ball)
- Jump Catch on Pullup Bar (girls catch head below bar, guys catch chin above bar, if guys catch below bar, must pullup until chin above bar)
- Jacknife situp (arms overhead, legs lowered, then bring both together so only hips are on the ground at contact)
- Side Lift (matching on each side)

Workout May 8
200 reps of each - sets and reps to achieve 200 are determined by the number of pushups performed to failure. Example Round 1 - 30 pushups = 30 of everything else. Round 2 - 22 pushups = 22 of everything. Continue until 200 pushups = 200 of everything is completed. Record time.
